Offer Eligibility: The 30% discount applies to installation labor only for qualifying purchases of five or more Simonton 5500 Series or 5050 Series windows, or a qualifying 6-foot, non-custom Inovo patio door.
Scheduling Deadline: The free estimate appointment must be scheduled and confirmed by November 2, 2026. The appointment itself may take place after November 2, provided it was scheduled and confirmed by the deadline.
Agreement Deadline: The customer must sign an agreement within 10 calendar days of the initial estimate, unless an extension is granted by Lake Cook Exteriors sales staff.
Deposit Requirements: A 30% deposit is required by check at the time the agreement is signed. The deposit check will not be deposited until final measurements are completed and the homeowner approves the final pricing.
Accepted Payment Methods: Check or ACH only. Credit cards are not accepted for this promotional offer.
Cancellation Conditions: If final measurements or inspection reveal structural issues, conditions outside the original scope of work, or substantial unforeseen costs, Lake Cook Exteriors reserves the right to cancel the agreement before materials are ordered. In this event, the deposit will be returned to the homeowner.
